Attendees from the Krasnodar region journeyed to Nizhny Novgorod to join the World Youth Festival
The Krasnodar Krai delegation, led by Tatyana Semyonovna Popova, is gearing up for the World Youth Festival in Nizhny Novgorod. This international event, taking place from September 17 to 21, is expected to attract over two thousand young people from various corners of Russia and other countries.
Roman Dmitriyev, head of the Youth Policy Department of Krasnodar Krai, emphasized the importance of the Kuban delegation's participation. He is confident that the participants will return home inspired with new ideas that will form the basis of future projects.
The World Youth Festival offers a packed program covering various fields, including media, creative industries, public administration, education and science, entrepreneurship, sports, digitalization, and information technology. The program aims to foster connections among participants and develop the international youth community.
The attendees of the World Youth Festival include teenagers aged 14 to 17. The program includes expert sessions, meetings with international experts, interactive formats, and cultural events.
Roman Dmitriyev believes the Kuban delegation's participation offers opportunities for gaining new knowledge, establishing contacts, and representing Krasnodar Krai on an international level. He is optimistic about the potential benefits that this event will bring to the region.
In the past, the World Youth Festival has proven to be a significant event, attracting over 20,000 participants from over 180 countries, as seen in the festival that took place in March 2024 on the federal territory "Sirius." Even Russian President Vladimir Putin concluded the festival with a speech.
The World Youth Festival in Nizhny Novgorod promises to be an exciting and enriching experience for all involved, providing a platform for young people to connect, learn, and share ideas on a global scale.
