**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for championing innovation, developing offers, providing bid-writing guidance, fostering collaboration, and strengthening the website's ability to win opportunities. You will perform market research to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to pursue these opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, handle administrative duties, and represent the organisation in external engagements. Your focus will be on increasing revenue through the development and execution of business growth strategies.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or stakeholder management roles. Strong analytical capabilities for financial and commercial analysis, strategic thinking, excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills with the ability to multitask are required.
