Commission to Aid Member States in Developing the Programme
The COACHING4FUTURE Program, organised by the Baden-Württemberg Foundation gGmbH, is set to take place at the Realschule in Suessen School Consortium on September 24 and 25, 2025. The event aims to provide career orientation for students, focusing on the MINT disciplines (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, and technology). The program is designed to help students decide if a technical profession suits them and to spark interest in technology. Two guest tech coaches, Stefanie Godel (B.Sc. Molecular Biosciences and Physiology) and Katharina Mascha (M.Sc. Life Science), will be presenting interactive school presentations with practical examples and simple experiments. The presentations will cover various socially relevant areas such as housing, mobility, medicine, and environmental protection. The guest coaches will inform registered classes of the ninth grade about the tasks they can expect in MINT professions and in which industries they can work later after an apprenticeship or studies. The Baden-Württemberg Foundation, SÜDWESTMETALL, and the Regional Directorate Baden-Württemberg of the Federal Employment Agency are involved in the COACHING4FUTURE educational program to awaken interest in technical professions. For those unable to attend the event, a follow-up report can be created for editorial teams. Two PDF documents related to the COACHING4FUTURE Program are available for download: Flyer_C4F_OverallProgram_2023.pdf (4.1 MB) and 20250917_COACHING4FUTURE_Suessen.pdf (299 kB). The online portal www.coaching4future.de offers further information, including a 'Career Navigator' test to reveal which MINT studies and training occupations best match personal strengths and inclinations. Network companies of the program also present their training and dual study offers in the MINT field on the online portal. Interested parties are advised to contact the media contact provided for registration and further information. The event invites editorial teams to visit COACHING4FUTURE in Süßen for opportunities to collect O-tones and photo motifs. The program offers good opportunities for editorial teams to collect O-tones and photo motifs due to the interactive lectures and workshops. The COACHING4FUTURE Program is part of a wider initiative to inspire the next generation of technologists and scientists, fostering a more innovative and prosperous future for Baden-Württemberg and beyond.
