For instance, robot maintenance fitters, agricultural drone operators, machine learning specialists, software engineers, and robotic welding specialists are in high demand in today's market.
Thriving in this dynamic labor market requires a knack for learning and adapting quickly, regardless of one's professional field. As the market becomes increasingly competitive, continuous learning becomes vital for career success. "Businesses don't need future professions; they need dynamic and adaptable professionals right now," stressed Kumpelevich. According to Avito's Job Board, job vacancies requiring retraining have tripled over the year, particularly in construction (28%) and logistics (11%).
