Federal University Launches Dual Study Programs in Public Administration and Cyber Security
The Federal University has announced its dual study programs for the upcoming academic year. The B.A. Public Administration and the D.A.C.S. (Digital Administration and Cyber Security) programs offer comprehensive training in various fields, with practical insights provided by the German Environment Agency (UBA) for students.
The B.A. Public Administration program specializes in Ordnungsrecht, Public Building and Environmental Law, Human Resource Development and Planning, and Digitalization in Public Administration. Students gain practical experience through internships at the UBA and in municipal areas. The application deadline for this program has passed on 31.10.2024.
The D.A.C.S. program, on the other hand, focuses on E-Government, IT Forensics, IT Project Management, Administrative Law, IT Security Management, Network and System Administration, Data Protection, and Risk Management. The UBA supports this program as a practical training agency, offering real projects for students to apply their theoretical knowledge. The application deadline for the winter semester 2025/2026 has passed on 16.03.2025. Graduates of both programs contribute to various central administration areas and environmental law enforcement.
Both the B.A. Public Administration and the D.A.C.S. programs offer unique opportunities for students to gain practical experience in their respective fields. With the support of the UBA, these programs aim to produce well-rounded professionals ready to contribute to the public administration sector.
