Dresden Adult Education Center Announces New Semester and Exciting Offerings

The Dresden Adult Education Center is gearing up for a new semester starting on September 1st, with over 2,300 courses available. Among the numerous offerings, two new language courses in Georgian and Mongolian have been added to the 600 language course options for 31 foreign languages.

For those seeking personal growth and development, the center will host a "Chaos Week" from November 3rd to 9th. This week-long event aims to address various types of chaos, including family, financial, data, and conceptual chaos, with daily events and discussions. However, it's important to note that the "Chaos Week" events do not currently focus on chaos related to school or finances for children and youth.

In the realm of health and wellness, around 450 health courses are available, including Vinyasa Yoga for men and climbing at the bouldering wall. Unfortunately, specific details about the fall and winter semester program focused on "The Genius Tames the Chaos" could not be found at this time.

For those interested in the digital world, the "Digital and Media" area of the center will focus on "Artificial Intelligence" during the new semester, contrary to earlier reports.

Minister President Michael Kretschmer will continue his series "Straight Talk," addressing citizens' questions openly and unfiltered. Meanwhile, Director Kuefner has explained that the university at the Dresden Adult Education Center faces challenges and has increased prices in some areas.

In addition to the regular course offerings, a new course titled "Improvisation Theater" will be offered in January for creative minds. Furthermore, a course titled "How long will my pocket money last?" teaches 5th and 6th graders financial management, and a course titled "Successful Learning" is offered to help with future school grades and homework.

State Police President Joerg Kubiessa will participate in the event "When everything crumbles" as part of the series "Fundamental Questions of Time." It's an exciting time for the Dresden Adult Education Center, and all the latest information about the new program and registration can be found online at https://vhs-dresden.de/.
