Gold Apple Launches GA Teens Week: Empowering Employees' Kids in Beauty & Tech

Gold Apple, a leading cosmetics company, has launched GA Teens Week, an innovative educational project for the children of its employees. The program aims to develop key soft skills and introduce teenagers to modern professions in the beauty industry.

During the GA Teens Week, participants were divided into two programs: GA Beauty and GA Digital. In GA Beauty, teenagers worked on developing an MVP of cosmetics for the new line of 'For Me by Gold Apple'. This hands-on experience allowed them to provide valuable insights on products, marketing, and trends for the company.

Meanwhile, GA Digital focused on teaching teenagers how to design and launch landing pages using Figma and modern task trackers. This program was mentored by specialists who developed one of the country's best beauty apps, providing real-world insights into digital marketing and e-commerce.

While there is no public information about an upcoming product line from Gold Apple's 'For Me' brand, the company is evaluating the commercial potential of the GA Beauty MVP. Gold Apple's long-term strategy includes purchasing production facilities in the Ural and Moscow regions to launch its own cosmetics production. GA Teens Week not only supports this strategy but also strengthens employee loyalty and engagement through its 'Employee Happiness' initiative.
