The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the re-evaluation results for the Class 10 (ICSE) and Class 12 (ISC) examinations of 2025 on May 27. Students who requested a re-evaluation can now access their revised scores by visiting the official CISCE websites - cisce.org or recheckresults.cisce.org.

To check their re-evaluation results, students are required to log in with their registered email ID and password on the official site. Those without an account can register via the 'Register Now' option. Schools were also permitted to apply for re-evaluation through the CISCE careers portal.

To obtain the results, students should follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official CISCE results portal at results.cisce.org.
  2. Enter your Course Code, Candidate UID, Index Number, and the Captcha code displayed on the screen.
  3. Click on the 'Show Result' button to access your 2025 ICSE or ISC re-evaluation result.
  4. To get a hard copy, click on the 'Print Result' option to download or print your result.

Changes in marks after re-evaluation will be considered final, and revised marksheets will be issued accordingly. A non-refundable fee of Rs 1,500 per subject is applicable for the re-evaluation process.

According to the CISCE passing guidelines, students must obtain at least 33 percent in each subject and overall to pass the examination, which corresponds to a minimum grade of D.

As per CISCE's recent data, a total of 99,551 students appeared for the ISC (Class 12) examinations, out of which 98,578 passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 99.02 percent. This year, girls once again outperformed boys, with a pass rate of 99.45 percent compared to 98.64 percent for boys. In the ICSE (Class 10) results, 99.37 percent of girls cleared the exams, while 98.84 percent of boys passed. The overall ICSE pass percentage stood at 99.09 percent.

The ICSE exams were conducted from February 18 to March 27, and the ISC exams took place between February 13 and April 5. Students who are dissatisfied with the re-evaluation outcome can apply for re-evaluation from May 28 to May 30, 2025. Additionally, improvement exams are scheduled for July 2025 for students wishing to enhance their marks.

  1. For those seeking to improve their scores, the re-evaluation results for the Learning and education-and-self-development aspects, reflected through the Class 10 (ICSE) and Class 12 (ISC) examinations of 2025, will be available from May 27 on the official CISCE websites.
  2. Students who wish to further improve their scores can apply for re-evaluation from May 28 to May 30, 2025, as part of their ongoing efforts in Learning and education-and-self-development.
