Trends in Intellectual Property Research (TIPR), a refereed journal with ISSN 3007-8539 (Online) and 3007-8520 (Print), publishes research papers, review articles, case comments, and book reviews encompassing all facets of intellectual property law. This includes patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, industrial design, layout design of integrated circuits, unfair competition, and antitrust.
All articles published in TIPR undergo peer-review to ensure scholarly rigor. Academics, practitioners, and students are welcome to submit their research. Themes of interest include any article or manuscript with intellectual property research as its primary focus.
Submissions should conform to the sequence of title, abstract, keywords, introduction, method (for original research articles), analysis, conclusion, and references.
