For a week, 12 phenomenal colleagues from France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Sir US-of-A, and our headquarters united to enhance their abilities as facilitators, leaders, and change agents with E.Team learning certification.
Guided by the motivational Roy Fairweather, international development director at Workforce Development International, this program merged intense personal insights with practical tools for effective training and leadership.
