Opportunity for Fifty Driven Youths to Lead as ADECCO CEOs Temporarily for a Month
The world's leading HR solutions provider, our group, is offering a one-of-a-kind opportunity for 50 entrepreneurial and ambitious youngsters to experience the role of a CEO through the 'CEO for One Month' program. Starting from June, selected youngsters will embark on a month-long journey that promises hands-on leadership experience, strategic decision-making, and business acumen development.
Launched in Norway in 2011 and becoming an international initiative in 2014, the 'CEO for One Month' program aims to help youngsters build their careers through training, guidance, and opportunities. The program includes one-month internships alongside Country Managers in 50 countries, providing participants with a taste of running a global company.
Alain Dehaze, the group's CEO, expressed his anticipation for the 50 'CEOs for One Month', commenting on the program's potential to empower young leaders and visibly accelerate their professional growth through practical CEO-level experience.
Our Way to WorkTM, the group's 'readiness to work' initiatives and work-based training opportunities, stretches its reach worldwide. Beyond the 'CEO for One Month' program, Our Way to WorkTM aims to fight youth unemployment, offering early career professionals and students impactful leadership experiences within a real business context.
Last year, over 18,000 applicants from around the world vied for the 'CEO for One Month' program, with many going on to find careers within the group or securing employment opportunities. Ayumi Kunori, a former 'CEO for One Month', currently works part-time for our group in Japan while completing her studies.
