The ranking surveyed four study programs within the Faculty of Technology, including Electrical and Information Technology (ET/IT), which received particularly high praise from students.

According to the CHE evaluation, Pforzheim University shone in several areas, such as "Contact with Professional Practice" and "Support at the Beginning of Studies," placing in the top group for all four study programs. In the ET/IT study program, students gave above-average marks in numerous categories, with an average of 4.5 out of 5 stars across categories like general study situation, teacher guidance, course offerings, and IT infrastructure.

The Mechatronics study program received positive feedback for its study organization and library facilities. All study programs rated high in the overall student satisfaction evaluation, with ET/IT scoring best at 4.6 stars, followed by Mechatronics (4.2 stars), Mechanical Engineering (4.1 stars), and Medical Technology (4.0 stars).

Rector Professor Dr. Ulrich Jautz expressed his satisfaction with the results, noting that the university's focus on modern, personality-oriented education fosters a close relationship between students and teachers. The Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Professor Dr. Ingolf Müller, concurred, stating that the positive feedback reflects the university's commitment to personal and dedicated guidance for its students.
