Quang Tri province is set for a major transformation with several ambitious projects aiming to enhance its urban landscape and connectivity. The province has opened up vast spaces for development, attracting significant investments. Sun Group's entry into Quang Tri signals a new era for the locality.

Sun Group, led by Dang Minh Truong, plans to create premier entertainment destinations in Quang Tri. The company aims to build world-class resorts and entertainment complexes, marking its debut in the province. The projects include the 291-ha Le Ky River Western Mixed-Use Urban Area, a modern riverside city hub with vibrant cultural, commercial, and entertainment complexes. Additionally, the 276-hectare Nhat Le Coastal Mixed-Use Urban Area will be a leisure and entertainment space inspired by Dubai's desert oases. Meanwhile, the 212-ha Dong Hoi Central Mixed-Use Urban Area is designed as a sustainable eco-urban development with over 60 hectares dedicated to green spaces.

Quang Tri also plans to harness its wind power potential. A consortium has proposed a $64 million wind farm project, with Mr. Hoe announcing that the southwest of Quang Tri has a wind potential of over 3,000 MW. Furthermore, the province is set to start work on a $232 million airport in 2026, further enhancing connectivity.

Quang Tri's transformation is a testament to local efforts to attract investment and develop the province. With Sun Group's entry and the planned wind farm project, the province is poised for significant growth and development. The province's urban landscape is set to be elevated, ensuring convenient connectivity to key facilities and attractions.
