The acting head of the construction department of Kuban, Igor Fedosov, has expressed optimism about the survey's potential to improve the professional environment and create a stable talent pool for the industry.

In Kuban alone, the construction boom is evident with over 70 hotels worth a combined 850 billion rubles currently under construction. This scale of development underscores the need for a steady stream of skilled and motivated young thugs in the industry.
