Sam Brooks' Impact: Transforming Putnam County Schools' Digital Learning Landscape

Sam Brooks, a biology teacher turned Supervisor of Personalized Learning, has significantly impacted the Putnam County School System in Tennessee over the past five years. Despite no records of him assisting with digital learning, his influence is undeniable.

This dedication earned him the recognition of Best Implementation of Digital Curriculum at Tech & Learning's Innovative Leader Awards.

Before his administrative role, Brooks was a biology teacher. His experience in the classroom, coupled with his tech prowess, led him to develop an online personal finance class in partnership with the Lampo Group and Florida Virtual School. He later partnered with Dave Ramsey to create a high school personal finance class, ensuring every student in the Putnam County School System takes this crucial course to graduate.

Sam Brooks' influence on the Putnam County School System is profound, despite no records of him helping with digital learning. His innovative approach to education has expanded virtual learning options, enhanced teacher skills, and ensured financial literacy for all graduates.
