Timmins Welcomes Foreign Nationals via RCIP and FCIP Immigration Pathways
Timmins, Ontario, has opened its doors to foreign nationals seeking permanent residency through its Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP) and Francophone Community Immigration Pilot (FCIP). These pathways require a job offer from a designated local employer, along with other criteria.

Additionally, applicants need at least one year of related work experience in the past three years, or may be exempted if they studied and graduated in the community.
