Workers' Radiation Protection Proposal Demanded by Commission for Debate on Legislation

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce Karlsruhe (IHK Karlsruhe), the Chamber of Crafts Karlsruhe (HWK Karlsruhe), and the Employment Agency Karlsruhe-Rastatt, in collaboration with Einstieg GmbH, are organising the Einstieg Karlsruhe 2025 fair on September 27, 2025, at Schwarzwaldhalle in Karlsruhe. This event focuses on vocational training, studies, and gap years, offering a chance to gather comprehensive information, discover new perspectives, and actively shape one's own path after school.

The fair is open from 10 am to 4 pm and admission is free. All you need is an online ticket. Interested parties can find further information, the complete program, and registration details at www.einstieg.com/karlsruhe.

To help attendees prepare for the fair, online seminars will be held on September 23, 2025. These seminars will teach participants how to use the interest check, find exhibitors, understand the stage program and theme walks, and make the most of their time at the event. Participation in these seminars is voluntary and does not require registration.

At the fair, an on-site interest check can help identify individual strengths and suitable training or study paths in just 15 minutes. Additionally, free speed coaching will be available for young people to exchange ideas with experienced advisors and explore new industries.

The stage program includes talks on post-graduation uncertainties, study financing, technical orientation semesters, stays abroad, and the role of parents in the orientation process. Susanne Troll, author of the guide "die auslandsreise," will provide tips on au pair stays, work & travel, and other gap year opportunities. Notable speakers at the opening talk include Felix Behm, Jörn Pelzer from the IHK Karlsruhe, and Sabrina Heinze from KIT.

Einstieg Karlsruhe 2025 offers a valuable opportunity for those seeking orientation for their next steps. Whether you're unsure about vocational training, studies, or gap years, this event provides answers and inspiration to help make your post-graduation time meaningful and enriching. Don't miss out - mark your calendars for September 27, 2025, and join us at Schwarzwaldhalle in Karlsruhe!
