Yakutia's 'School of Experts' Empowers Professionals for Grant Competitions
The Unified Resource Center of Yakutia recently hosted a 'School of Experts for Grant Competitions', drawing over 30 participants from across the region. The event aimed to equip professionals with the skills to effectively evaluate social projects and navigate the basics of the expert approach for Coursera applications.
Led by federal expert Olga Titkova, the training covered a wide range of topics. Participants delved into the main types of NPO projects, expert competencies, and evaluation criteria. To enhance understanding, the course included practical tasks using real NPO applications, allowing participants to grasp the language of expert evaluation.
Over the course of the program, participants studied 10 key criteria for evaluating Coursera applications. These included relevance, uniqueness, expected results, and economic feasibility. The course format was a blend of offline and online lessons, and successful completion resulted in a certificate of professional development.
The 'School of Experts for Grant Competitions' was praised for its practical orientation and clarity in teaching project evaluation. The Single Resource Center of Yakutia, which has been developing and implementing educational programs in social project management and funding attraction since 2020, hosted the event. The high level of participants and their successful mastery of the material indicate a strong foundation for future Coursera competitions in the region.
