Yakutsk to Host 'Young Specialist - Builder of the Future' Forum

The 'Young Specialist - Builder of the Future' forum is set to take place in Yakutsk on October 7-8, marking its first federal industry event in the region. Since its inception in December 2022, the forum has engaged over 1,500 employer representatives and over 36,700 participants, including students and schoolchildren, across 12 regions in Russia. This year, over 700 participants and around 30 employers are expected to attend the Yakutsk event.

The forum aims to unite current and future professionals in the construction industry, helping them find their career path and become sought-after specialists. It seeks to implement the tasks of the 'Youth and Children' national project, initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, and increase the prestige of construction professions. The event is organized by the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce.

Irina Minina, head of the Center for Competencies in Educational Activities of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Utilities of Russia, spoke at a press conference ahead of the forum. She highlighted the importance of the event in supporting and developing young professionals in the construction industry. Participants can register via a provided link.

The 'Young Specialist - Builder of the Future' forum in Yakutsk is expected to bring together over 700 participants and around 30 employers. By promoting construction and related fields, the event seeks to foster a new generation of skilled professionals, ready to take on the challenges of the industry.
